Unique, long-standing and innovative, the Waterloo Busker Carnival is a volunteer driven International Street Performers Festival that takes over UpTown Waterloo in late August. It is FREE for the enjoyment of all, but a donation to the Buskers' hat to show your appreciation is all that is asked.
